Wills A will is a legal document which allows you to give instructions to be carried out after your death. In your will, you may name the people whom you wish to receive your property. You may also name an executor to carry out the instructions of your will and settle your estate. If you have minor children, you may use your will to designate a guardian who will have responsibility for your children if you and your spouse die.
If you wish to make a new will or update an old one, contact Mr. Sweeney to arrange for a free initial consultation. You may make an appointment by calling (415)664-8810 or sending an email to mts@mtslaw.info
